International Customers
Skate Warehouse offers a variety of international shipping services, depending on the items and shipping destination.
To estimate shipping cost, simply add all items into your shipping cart. Then use the Shipping Calculator to view shipping options. Shipping quotes do not include duties or import taxes of your home country. All shipping quotes and prices listed on www.skatewarehouse.com are in USD Currency.
Our shipping promotions are available only for addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipping to a post office (P.O.) box, Alaska, or Hawaii are not eligible for the shipping promotions.
Import Taxes
There are no U.S. taxes. However, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Skate Warehouse strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the amount of these charges.
If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you by Skate Warehouse. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.
World Mail
Available for all orders weighing under 2 pounds with a value lower than $75 USD. Packages are delivered via your local postal system. Unfortunately, World Mail does not have a tracking system. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.
Priority Mail Express International
Available for orders with a value lower than $200 USD. Deliveries take 1-2 weeks. Priority Mail Express International offers a tracking system via the website USPS.com. The information offered is limited; however, it does show when your package arrives in your locale.
**Priority Mail Express International is the only option available to Russia and Mexico. Transit times can be up to 4 weeks. These orders can have a value higher than $200 USD. Due to size restrictions enforced by Priority Mail Express International, your order may be split to adhere to their policy. In such cases you will be charged for additional shipping costs.
UPS Worldwide Saver
Deliveries take approximately 2-5 business days. UPS offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website UPS.com. Please see our shipping calculator for availability to your locale.
Ship-To Restrictions
Your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Skate Warehouse will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
