Shipping Information

Skate Warehouse processes orders on business days (Monday - Friday). Orders that are placed before 11:00 am PST on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after the shipping cut-off or on a weekend or observed holiday will ship the next business day.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there will be a separate charge for each shipment (if applicable). Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier's system.

Free Ground Shipping — $75 minimum!

Now offering free Ground shipping on orders of $75 or more delivered within the 48 contiguous United States with a maximum weight of 10 lbs. The shipping carrier for your order will be determined by the delivery destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx and GLS. All carriers offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery. Weekend delivery is available through FedEx Ground. Availability varies and is dependent on zip code. Please see options at check out.

Ground Transit Days

$5 Two Day Shipping

Skate Warehouse offers Two Day shipping for only $5 on orders of $75 or more delivered within the 48 contiguous United States with a maximum weight of 10 lbs. You will still find this a cost and time effective shipping method for orders exceeding 10 lbs.

Next Day + Overnight Shipping

Next Day and Overnight shipping options will vary based on delivery destination. Prices will be dependent on package weight and delivery location. First time customers choosing Next Day or Overnight shipping may require verification. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. To receive Saturday overnight delivery, please contact Customer Service as it is not available through the website.

FPO/APO Military Addresses + P.O. Boxes

Customers with military addresses or P.O. Boxes as your shipping destination will choose Priority Mail or Express Mail. Unfortunately, both options are excluded from shipping promotions. UPS, FedEx and GLS do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Retail Pickup Orders

If you would like to pick up your order in-person at our San Luis Obispo location, the cardholder must be present with photo ID and the credit card used at checkout. Your card will be charged upon pick up. If a custom assembled skateboard or griptape applied deck is requested, it will be assembled at the time of pick up. If you change your mind and/or cannot pick up the order, please contact our Customer Service Department for your shipping options. A Customer Service Representative may contact you if your retail order remains on site for more than 72 hours. Please click here for our hours of operation.


*Retail Pick Up Orders may be picked up 24 business hours after being ordered and will only be available during our hours of operations listed above.

Shipping Address Updates

Re-routing a domestic package after it has shipped from our facility is subject to a $12.00 service fee. International shipments, and domestic packages shipped via USPS cannot be updated or altered after leaving our facility. We strongly recommend checking your confirmation email promptly after placing an order.

Returns + Exchanges

Skate Warehouse always wants you to get what you want. In the event that you would like to exchange or return an item please print our returns & exchange form and abide by the guidelines below. Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 60 days of the invoice date.

Note: Any items sent back that do not abide by these guidelines will either be sent back to the customer or will be issued Skate Warehouse store credit, at Skate Warehouse's discretion. All Returns and Exchanges must be submitted within 60 days of the invoice date. Returns and exchanges received after 60 days may also be returned to the customer or issued store credit, at the discretion of Skate Warehouse.

Clothing

  • All clothing must be returned unwashed and unworn with the original tags still attached.
  • No stains, pet hair, human hair, make-up, smoke smell, or other inappropriate smells.
  • Clothing that has been worn and/or washed cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shoes

  • Shoes must be returned in the same state they were received. Unworn.
  • Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.
  • Please make sure shoes do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances before returning them.

Pre-Built Skateboards, Skateboard Decks and Parts

  • Skateboards must be returned without being skated.
  • All skateboard decks cannot be exchanged or returned if gripped or assembled.
  • All skateboard parts cannot be exchanged or returned once assembled.
  • Shrink wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.

Decks and Wheels

At Skate Warehouse we do our best to stock exactly what is pictured on the site, but in some cases, it is beyond our control. Manufacturers will occasionally change the background or foreground colors on a deck or wheel to provide skateboarders with more variety. Colors may differ from what is shown on our site. You may always return a product as long as it is unused and in its original condition.

High Heat Product Returns

All High Heat products are final sale and are not eligible for return. "High Heat" products include but are not limited to:

  • Nike SB Dunk shoes
  • Nike SB Air Jordan shoes
  • Blind Bag products

Skate Warehouse will not issue a refund, store credit, or an exchange for purchases of high heat product once the sale is completed.

Defective Product

Skate Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer. This begins from the site all the way to the product you select. Product is deemed defective either by the manufacturer or Skate Warehouse. Please note, product purchased more than 30 days from the original invoice date will not be considered for defect.

If you think you have received a defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will review the product and do one of the options shown below. Unfortunately, refunds are not available in the matter of defective product.

  1. Consider it defective through Skate Warehouse standards, and immediately ship your replacement or provide store credit for the cost of the item
  2. Contact the manufacturer to see if they cover the defective merchandise, then contact you with the information we have received

Never ride a skateboard in the rain. Riding in the rain can cause problems such as rusted bearings, delamination, warping, and graphic smearing. This will void any manufacturer's warranty and/or any acceptable return to Skate Warehouse.
