Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- The prizes in our contests will vary from giveaway to giveaway. Prizes are not transferable and subject to availability.
- All items will be shipped to the contest winner(s) within 4 weeks of the winner(s) being selected. In the event of delayed shipping, the winner(s) will be notified within four (4) weeks of winning with an updated estimated shipping date.
- To participate, an entrant must follow the instructions provided in the social media post or instructions provided on Company's website. All qualified entries will be deemed valid entries. Winners will be selected at random. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
- The contest begins at the time of posting and ends the immediate following Monday at 9:00am PT, or otherwise stated in the contest post.
- There will be a total of one (1) selected winner, unless otherwise stated in the contest post. The selected winner(s) will be notified on or around the day after the end of the contest via Instagram Direct Message or other form of messaging as stated in the contest post. The selected winner(s) will have 48 hours to respond before alternate winner(s) will be selected. The alternate winner(s) will be notified in the same manner and have the same amount of time to respond.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to win and be located within the United States for delivery.
- The contest is open to everyone with the exception of employees of Sports Warehouse, Inc., and Skate Warehouse, LLC, their families, agents, and representatives.
- All taxes relative to the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitutions, assignments, or transfers. No cash equivalents.
- By participating, you grant permission to Skate Warehouse to share and use your name and any content submitted with your entry. Entrants are providing information to Sports Warehouse, Inc. and Skate Warehouse, LLC.
- By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing, and they therefore understand and agree that neither Sports Warehouse, Inc./Skate Warehouse, LLC, nor their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
- Per the contest rules, giveaway items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Our giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or any other form of social media.
