Yuto Horigome

In 2021, in front of his home crowd, Yuto Horigome became the first skateboarder to earn a Gold medal in the Olympics, in what was skateboarding's innogrual year. Yuto was born in Tokyo, Japan and began skateboarding at a young age. He later moved to Los Angeles, CA where his skating career really took off. First, riding for Bill Weiss at Blind Skateboards. In 2019 Yuto made the switch to Shane O'Neill's April Skateboards. Yuto's list of sponsors is stacked, including April, Nike SB, Venture, Spitfire, and Hardies Hardware.
