Skate Warehouse always wants you to get what you want. Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 60 days of the invoice date. Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States, these orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered.

Returned shoes must be:

In the same state they were received. Unworn.
Returned in the box the shoes were shipped in. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the branded shoe box.
Free of any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances or odors.
