Skate Warehouse always wants you to get what you want. Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 60 days of the invoice date. Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States, these orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered.

Skateboards, decks and other parts must meet these requirements to be eligible for return or exchange:

Skateboards must be returned without being skated.
All skateboard decks cannot be exchanged or returned if gripped or assembled.
All skateboard parts cannot be exchanged or returned once assembled.
Shrink wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.
