International Customers

What can I order?

You can order most of the items shown on our online catalog. Some manufactures restrict brands and specific products from shipping outside of the United States. Currently the following brands may not ship internationally: Altamont, Emerica, Etnies, Es, Nixon, Nike, Incase.

How can I order?

You can order via our secure online ordering system or you can send your order request via email or fax us at 805-546-8747. Our Customer Service Department is open for phone orders 7 days a week. You can call us 7:00 am - 5:30 pm PT Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm PT Saturday, and 8:30 am - 4:30 pm PT on Sunday. If you would like to place a phone order please call our local telephone number +805 546 1909.

How can I pay?

You can pay with a Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. Skate Warehouse may require additional information from you before we can process your order. If you do opt to pay with Paypal, we will require the shipping address to be registered on the Paypal account.

What happens if I don't receive my package?

All of our international shipments are covered by insurance (excluding World Mail*) that guarantees that Skate Warehouse will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

*World Mail packages lost in transit will be refunded. We will only allow 2 World Mail packages to be lost to your location. If there is a 2nd lost World Mail package, we will no longer be able to offer you World Mail for future orders.

What if something doesn't fit or I change my mind?

You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Skate Warehouse. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. Skate Warehouse will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

Will I have to pay any taxes, import duties or other charges?

There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information. You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. Skate Warehouse strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Skate Warehouse cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?

Skate Warehouse cannot issue credit for international packages that are refused or abandoned.

Ship-To Restrictions

Your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Skate Warehouse will not process any order, which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
