Skate Warehouse currently offers our international customers four shipping services. World Mail, Express Mail, FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority.

World Mail:
Federal Express International Mail Service. Available for all orders weighing under 2 pounds with a value lower than $50 USD. Packages are delivered via the local postal system in the destination country. Unfortunately World Mail does not have a tracking system however we have found the service to be extremely reliable and cost effective. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery.

Express Mail:
Available for all customers with a PO Box/APO/FPO address.

Federal Express International Economy:
Available for all orders. Deliveries take 3-7 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website www.fedex.com.

Federal Express International Priority:
Available for all orders. This is our fastest shipping option. Deliveries are guaranteed in 2-4 business days. FedEx offers a comprehensive tracking system via their website www.fedex.com.
* FedEx Surcharge Information: An Extended Area Surcharge of $20 per shipment or $0.20 per pound, whichever is greater, applies to shipments to specific International destinations. A listing of applicable destinations is available at http://www.fedex.com

Import Taxes: There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, ALL
customs & duty charges will be billed to you by Skate Warehouse. Once a
package enters your country these charges ARE NOT reversible whether the
package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if
there are any problems. Shipping WILL NOT be refunded for refused packages.
