Ray Barbee

Ray Barbee is a professional skateboarder, photographer, and musician. He was first widely seen as one of the Rubber Boys in Powell-Peralta's 1988 skate video, 'Public Domain'. Ray's uninhibited creativity pushed the progression of street skating as an early pioneer of step hops (aka no complys) as well as being one of the first to kickflip into grinds. Ray continued to be a top professional skateboarder in the '90s, riding for Lance Mountain's now defunct 'The Firm' skateboards. Ray can now be seen wearing Vans shoes (he's been a team rider for over 30 years now) and Krooked skateboards.
